Purpose:The main purpose of this research is to design a model of Islamic- Iranian professional ethics for managers in (T V U).Methodology:This research was done based on the grounded theory approach.The statistical population is managers and vice-presidents of the Technical and Vocational University which 9 of these people were selected by purposive sampling.Causal, intervening, contextual conditions, main phenomenon, strategies and consequences of the model of Islamic-Iranian professional ethics of managers were first summarized in 156 primary codes.Then, these codes were categorized in 24 general categories by using MAXQDA software.Findings:The findings of this research showed that the causal conditions of managers' professional ethics model include inappropriate administrative rules and regulations, communication and processes, human resources conditions, and organizational conditions.The background conditions of the model of managers' professional ethics include managers' beliefs, beliefs and attitudes, managers' behavioral skills, managers' communication skills, and human resources characteristics.Intervening conditions of professional ethics model of managers include cultural factors, economic factors, managerial factors and organizational atmosphere.The central phenomenon of the professional ethics model of managers includes factors related to the individual, factors related to the organization, and social factors.The strategies for implementing the model of professional ethics of managers include ethical charter, organizational policies, training programs, appointment and promotion, encouragement, punishment and motivation and supervision, control and feedback.The consequences of the professional ethics model of managers also include financial performance, non-financial performance and social performance. Conclusion:The model of Islamic- Iranian professional ethics of managers consists of causal, background, intervening conditions, main phenomenon, strategies and numerous consequences.
